Coordinate and oversee the breakfast service;
Assist the Kitchen Management Team to ensure the restaurant opens on time at 7 am and with the food bars full of hot, fresh, and tasty breakfast items;
Train breakfast Co-workers;
Open the restaurant and be responsible for all pre-setups for all breakfast products;
Supervise other Co-workers during breakfast;
Manage the transition from breakfast to lunch, ensuring that a full, fresh, and abundant offering is on the buffet at all times.
