Medicus has partnered with a hospital in southeastern Virginia with an opportunity for a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Sunday, 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off
• No call shifts
• Setting:
  Inpatient, multiple possible locations
• Patient Volume: 20-30 per day or 8-15 per day
• Patient Population:
  Trauma (spine and cranial), elective spine, elective cranial
• Skills Needed:
  Drain removal, shunt adjustment, trauma/practice call
• Team: 8 MDs, 9 APPs
• EMR:
  Epic
• Board-certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
