This is an exciting opportunity to join Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment as a Manufacturing Plant Manager
, where you will oversee the organization’s manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient production workflows. You will manage staffing, training, and equipment operations, while implementing process improvements to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will drive manufacturing performance, support employee development, and contribute to the overall growth of Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience overseeing production operations
- Knowledge of manufacturing regulations, policies, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with industry principles such as lean manufacturing and other methodologies
- Clear and effective communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to read details at close range and perform repetitive tasks
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Oversee the organization’s manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with approved operating procedures and cGMP standards
- Manage equipment purchases, maintenance, and layout
- Monitor workflow, production schedules, and manufacturing methods to ensure efficiency and quality
- Oversee staffing plans, training, and performance management for all manufacturing, maintenance, and sanitation departments
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure batch production records are followed and overall equipment efficiencies (OEE) are monitored and documented
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of maintenance, facilities, and quality teams
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and operational procedures are followed
- Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and other manufacturing-related issues with the quality team
- Communicate production objectives, expectations, and goals to direct reports
- Deliver performance evaluations, identify training needs, and address employee performance or conduct issues
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned

- Working hours:
full-time, on-site - 4 weeks of paid vacation per year
- 7 annual paid holidays

$75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience
