Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate at Varco, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and distribution operations, responsible for assembling hoses and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to safety will be critical to our success.

- Assemble custom hoses and fittings according to customer specifications and order requirements.

- Operate machinery and equipment for cutting, crimping, and testing hoses.

- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Provide assistance to pickers and packers as necessary.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of materials.

- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any production issues or concerns.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Fluency in Spanish is a big plus; fluency in English is preferred but not necessary.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Basic mechanical aptitude.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

- Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.

- Valid driver's license (not suspended); good driving record.

- Commitment to workplace safety.
