This position is located in Gainesville, VA or Manassas, VA.

• Competitive compensation — the targeted 1st year annual compensation is $60,194 based on an average 45-hour work week. This includes an hourly rate of $24.37, with potential to earn up to $64,000 in the first year based on hours worked, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support and you’ll build relationships in the community to support your future success. You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindset in a culture that values friendly competition and growth.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
  
  Sales (commission or goal-based), Customer service in a sales environment, participation as an athlete at any level, or leadership in military/clubs/organizations
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future
• Satisfactory background check including driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years) and no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years
