• Request quotation from IC supplier for trading products, always explore potentials to reduce lead time.
• Execute purchasing functions from PR/PO creation and order confirmation to monitoring of stock available to deliver at supplier side.
• Work and coordinate closely with IC/external suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain operations at all time to support VLS AP business.
• Review purchase planning and coordinate order changes with IC/External suppliers.
• Monitor supplier delivery service level and solve backlog issues with IC/external suppliers.
• Work with finance department about invoicing checking & payment arrangement.

• Following inbound shipment and monitor the Estimated Time Arrival of the goods.
• Work with Logistic SEA colleague about actual inbound goods receiving result and close monitoring on GR posting.
• Logistic complaint handling related to inbound shipment like shortage, over shipment, wrong shipment, rusty etc.

• University degree, preferably in SCM/Logistic or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years experience in Material Management / Supply Chain.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and highly goal oriented.
• Team player and excelent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and enthusiastic self starter.
• English, fluently spoken and written.
