Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Sales organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.

• Assist with daily administrative sales tasks, including contract modifications and processing business requests.
• Prepare quotes for licenses, upgrades, and downgrades.
• Support customers with administrative contract and service changes under guidance from the Sales Support Team Manager.
• Assist Key Users when needed.
• Manage the general sales queue daily, track assigned sales tickets, and use the buddy system for coverage.
• Ensure timely response to tickets and provide internal support to the Inside Sales team.

• 1 year of experience working in the Data Center or Tech Industry
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• College degree or equivalent professional education.
• Basic knowledge or interest in operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), networking (Cisco), and server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM).
• Familiarity with CRM software (SAP)
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

You bring 1–3 years of sales experience and a strong customer-focused mindset. You’re driven to go the extra mile to support the sales organization, help turn leads into deals, and develop positive relationships with new and existing customers. You have a natural ability to connect with people and a genuine interest in the IT and hosting industry.
