Lead the development of a responsive, web‑based application that enables rapid, mobile collection of Hydrogeomorphic (HGM)-relevant field data. This role blends full‑stack development with a mission‑driven focus on ecological data collection and assessment to support customer projects.

• Design, develop, and test a web‑based platform for desktop and mobile use.
• Implement database structures and workflows to support field data collection and storage.
• Integrate automated quality controls to reduce error and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with ecological researchers to align tool functionality with HGM assessment needs.
• Prepare documentation, including user guides and technical reports, to support tool deployment and reproducibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.
• Strong background in database management, cross‑platform development, and responsive design.
• Demonstrated ability to produce robust, user‑friendly tools that meet scientific and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary research team.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government clearance if required.
• Background check approved; candidates will undergo a government background investigation, drug screening, and credit check.
