Position: HR Specialist (RR932)

HART Technologies, Inc. has opening for mid level HR Specialist to work as a member of our AS9100D certified engineering company. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new tools and processes are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administering benefits packages, and other compensation-related matters.
  • Administer training program to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, including performance reviews and other relevant documents.
  • Ensuring that the company's HR practices are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Tracking open positions, posting job ads, and onboarding new hires.
  • Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

Specific Tasks May Include:

  • Assisting with benefits administration.
  • Providing guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing employment-related data and preparing reports.
  • Developing and submitted required reports VETS, EEO, and Employment Commission.

Key

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required:

  • BA/BS in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of related professional experience.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
