Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
HART Technologies, Inc. has opening for mid level HR Specialist to work as a member of our AS9100D certified engineering company. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new tools and processes are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Administering benefits packages, and other compensation-related matters.
- Administer training program to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, including performance reviews and other relevant documents.
- Ensuring that the company's HR practices are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Tracking open positions, posting job ads, and onboarding new hires.
- Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Specific Tasks May Include:
- Assisting with benefits administration.
- Providing guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Analyzing employment-related data and preparing reports.
- Developing and submitted required reports VETS, EEO, and Employment Commission.
Key
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required:
- BA/BS in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
