• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting
• Provide mobility support—transfers, lifting, ambulation
• Offer friendly companionship and supervision
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
• Shop for groceries and run essential errands
• Deliver medication reminders and document care after each visit
• Provide safe transportation to medical appointments

• Have a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certificate in the state of Virginia
• Valid CPR certification
• Recent negative TB screening
• Clean background check
• Reliable personal transportation with current driver’s license and insurance (optional)
• Ability to safely lift 25 lbs. and assist with client transfers (optional)
