Executive Home Care of Manassas is seeking a skilled, compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support our clients and caregivers in a home care setting. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and experienced with Well Sky for documentation and care management. Plenty of room for growth and advancement on the administrative side as well.

• Conduct in-home assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Document all clinical notes accurately in Well Sky
• Provide training, guidance, and support to caregivers
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
• Monitor changes in client conditions and adjust care plans as needed

• Current and active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in home care or community health strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Well Sky (or similar EMR systems) required
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to quality care
