Our goal: make a real impact in a child’s life. As a home‑based ABA therapy provider, you will deliver 1:1 sessions under a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the child’s natural environment.

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans to children.
• Track progress with accurate data collection and session notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success.
• Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.).

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for working with children and helping them grow.
• 1+ year of experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

• Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.

• Hourly pay range: $23–$29 per hour (based on experience and credentials).
• Paid training and ongoing supervision.
