As a member of our team, you will support patient care and administrative functions under the direction of a licensed practitioner. Your work will demonstrate Accountability, Stewardship, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, and Equity.

• Record and relay patient information, symptoms, and concerns to the medical provider or registered nurse for triage and care planning.
• Complete standardized rooming, perform clinical intake, health data collection, and documentation.
• Execute tasks within scope of practice and competence, following directions from a licensed practitioner or nurse.
• Implement age‑appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Reinforce patient/family teaching plans using approved educational materials or written instructions.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and providers.
• Use appropriate communication tools and document patient information in the EHR.
• Organize and prioritize daily work assignments to support patient needs and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate teamwork in patient care, recognizing the importance of time‑sensitive issues.
• Provide clinical support under supervision, document and capture charges for clinical support services.
• Perform administrative support duties as directed by a Clinic Leader.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinic setting preferred.
• Licensure: Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), RMA, or must be obtained within 6 months.

  Skills:
  
  AHA BLS certification required. Ability to complete general and role‑specific competency testing.
• Physical demands:
  Medium to heavy, ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Travel:
  Ability to travel between campus buildings, remote facilities, and out of town as needed.
