OverviewWho We Are:
Ally Behavior is a dynamic, fun, and rewarding place to work that offers growth and leadership opportunities in a supportive, engaging environment. We are a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver high-quality therapy to help our early learners communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success.
We are passionate about having a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families. Our onboarding and training support you to provide the best possible therapy. Our core values include Serving Others, Treatment Excellence, All One Ally, Resourceful in Finding Solutions, and Striving to Grow.
We have an opening for a Masters level SLP to facilitate collaboration of care and achieve superior treatment outcomes for our young learners. Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a BCBA. Most learners require speech therapy in addition to ABA and Occupational Therapy.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality speech therapy, collaborate with clinicians on case management, and help learners maximize their potential. A strong candidate with leadership and management skills may have a broader growth role within Ally Behavior.
