Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

To facilitate collaboration of care and deliver quality speech therapy for our young learners in a center-based early intervention program. We seek a Masters level SLP to provide high quality speech therapy, collaborate with clinicians on case management, and help learners maximize their potential. A strong candidate with leadership and management skills may grow into a broader role in Ally Behavior.

• Provide high-quality speech therapy to young children with autism in a center-based ABA program
• Collaborate with BCBA and other clinicians on case management
• Maintain an appropriate caseload and monitor progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
• Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to growth of Ally Behavior

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
• Valid state license for location(s) of practice
• Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (ASHA)
• Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Desire for professional growth and career advancement

• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach and hold objects
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• 1099 contract work
• $80 per hour worked (30 minute billable sessions)
• Semi-monthly payroll
• Flexible hours

Salary: $80 per hour
