ResponsibilitiesAs a Change Management Engineer, you will coordinate the management, configuration and testing of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Applications and all supporting automation. You will create and run business processes and procedures for these systems through worldwide collaboration. You will work with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, Information System, area engineering, and production on the alignment, optimization and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures.
- Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications.
- Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.
- As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team.
- Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
- Coordinate the business processes and QMS components, ensuring efficiency, adherence to requirements, and successful delivery of intended outputs.
- Promote internal and external customer focus throughout the organization.
- Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data in large meetings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to coordinate efforts across various groups.
- Working knowledge of Fab processing.
- Strong data analysis and computer skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate meetings.
- Working knowledge of MES applications.
