As Test Execution Lead, you will be responsible for planning and execution of the ARCI Test Program, collaborating with internal and external teams on complex systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications, performance standards, and needs of the sailor. You will be part of the Testing/Certification environment ensuring that the developed products meet the requirements and intended use on-board the submarine.

As an Experienced Engineering Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring, Training, and qualification of a team of Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Engineers.
- Engage program management, senior leadership, and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Create and execute master schedules.
- Assess system status and test results and report key metrics to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system performance and functionality.
- Conduct testing in a controlled environment, including laboratory and field testing.
- Identify and document defects or anomalies encountered during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Analyze test data to verify system performance and functionality.
- Generate reports and presentations to summarize test results and recommendations. Why Join Us
