• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related technical field and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing or testing technical system requirements.
• Experience creating or revising technical system documentation.
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Windows and Office products in support of day to day tasking.
• Qualified candidate must be eligible for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience with system analysis, requirements decomposition, and/or requirements management (DOORS).
• Experience in program execution in an agile environment.
• Experience with systems engineering of large, complex systems.
• Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE), CAMEO.
• Experience with Atlassian Products.
• Experience with AI/ML.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• OMG – UML2 2 Foundation Certification.

Use your systems engineering expertise to support the SQQ‑89 program’s Systems Engineering Team at Lockheed Martin’s Manassas campus. You will develop tools and solutions for our Navy customer and deliver the latest capabilities for their tactical systems.

• Perform under general supervision to complete milestones associated with specific projects.
• Contribute to the creation of design solutions that address complex engineering problems across the full software cycle.
• Ensure system issues are addressed.
• Develop system requirements and architectures to ensure customer needs and contracts are appropriately translated into the product development cycle.
• Participate as a member of a multi‑disciplinary team that represents all capabilities within Dev Sec Ops .

First

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Onsite full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Secret – Position requires a government security clearance; applicant must be a US citizen.
