• Perform field work for SUE location scopes of work using appropriate geophysical prospecting equipment to accurately designate underground utility layouts and perform routine computations for various project types.
• Operate and assist with SUE equipment, data collection, and other location equipment.
• Transfer files between data collection and internal company project folders.
• Conduct quality checks and process field data. Download, maintain, and verify accuracy of project data, reports, and manage database.
• Maintain professional and productive working relationships with all clients and coworkers.
• Operate a company vehicle.
• Observe safety and security procedures.

• Work to gain knowledge of typical SUE marking techniques.
• Interest in modern SUE equipment, devices, and methods.
• Problem solving techniques.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
• Possess basic oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to professionally represent IMEG.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by IMEG carrier; must consent to a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
• Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.

• Associates degree, or certificate, in Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Engineering preferred.
• Prior experience in the building design consulting or construction industry preferred.

• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull.
• Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises.
