We pride ourselves on our culture of creativity, excellence, and product innovation.

The Work:

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the Integrated Common Processor (ICP) program. The ICP program is divided into groups of related ICP sites and platforms (for example, LANT Group 1, PAC Group). Each ICP EPM is responsible for a group. Responsibilities will include development, integration, test, and certification of the hardware/software baselines that are built for each site.

This includes identification/correction of Pri 1 and Pri 2 Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Test Readiness Review (TRR) planning and execution, Longevity Testing, and Installation Readiness Review/Approval from PMS

Other responsibilities include planning and supporting development of the Base Electronic System Engineering Plan (BESEP) and Site Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures, in accordance with the Government approved Master Test and Evaluation Plan (MTEP). The EPM will direct the Lockheed Martin team and multiple subcontractors/partners on all aspects of the project and serve as a key participant in technical and programmatic communications with the customer.

The EPM will work with LM Engineering and Technology (E&T) Managers to ensure program needs are being staffed and schedules and budgets are accurately performed against and managed. Standard cost, technical, and schedule performance of LM and any partners/subcontractors/vendors is also expected, ensuring that work products adhere to documented requirements per critical path dates and that issues are identified and addressed across all Surveillance programs.
