We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer specializing in circuit Card Design supporting rapid acquisition, and engineering services contracts in Manassas, VA.

• Design electrical components and assemblies, including tactical components, test assets, and system interfaces.
• Analyze customer supplied requirements for best methods of design implementation regarding cost, timeline and functionality. Present findings in design reviews.
• Identify components, generate schematics, create circuit card layout to fully satisfy customer requirements.
• Design / Create PCB Layout Drawings, and CCA assembly drawings with BOMs to properly document assembly configuration(s)
• Export gerber files and provide support to procurement in acquisition of prototype and production PCBs and CCAs.
• Perform CCA bring-up, verification/validation, integration, and support manufacturing test for production.
• Support troubleshooting and testing activities ranging from component-level to integrated system level.
• Work closely with a team of engineers, analysts and technicians to develop, build, refine, and deliver engineering prototypes.
• Apply Military Standards in design, as well as cable fabrication and testing techniques.
• Maintain design documentation through project Configuration Management processes.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, technical discipline, OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the area of PCB / CCA design.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ECAD software such as Altium Designer or OrCad.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Ten (10) years of professional experience, including specialized in DOD or related programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MCAD software such as Solid Works, or CREO.
• Active DoD security clearance.
