Full‑time, 195‑day school year. Must report to the school in person.

• Develop and implement effective instructional practices based on students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor students’ IEPs in collaboration with parents and other IEP team members.
• Promote a collaborative relationship with school staff and parents to foster inclusive practices.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and behavioral goals.
• Maintain accurate instructional records and documentation related to IEPs.

• Valid teaching license for the state of Virginia (Special Education).
• Experience working with students in a general education and special education setting.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to inclusive education.
• Ability to work in person and physically report to the school on site.
• Excellent communication skills with parents and team members.
