Customer Service Representative – Manassas, VA

Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia seeks an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service in the remodeling/handyman industry.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with Service Professionals to ensure timely updates to customers.
• Educate clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with customers.
• Follow up with customers post‑service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in construction or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Full‑time availability Monday through Friday plus one Saturday a month.
• Preferred candidate resides within Prince William/Manassas area.
