The Communications Specialist plays a key role in advancing Didlake's mission by managing digital communications, strengthening brand consistency, and telling the organization's story across internal and external platforms. This position blends strategic communications, strong writing, and hands‑on digital and design work to increase engagement and visibility.

• Develop and execute digital communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Write, edit, and publish content for websites, social media, intranet, and digital newsletters.
• Manage social media strategy, calendar, and engagement in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain and update websites and intranet using Word Press, ensuring accuracy and accessibility compliance.
• Apply SEO best practices and analyze website, social, and email performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Create visually compelling digital and select print assets (graphics, flyers, newsletters).
• Support media relations, press releases, campaigns, and organizational announcements.
• Attend local events to capture photos and develop stories and social content.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
