Compensation & Benefits Overview
- Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management
Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project execution aligns with schedule, safety, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and consultants
Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Drive project closeout, including commissioning, punch lists, and final documentation
Qualifications:
5–10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
Experience working for a commercial general contractor
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with standard construction and project management software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
