What You'll Need
- VDOT Expertise: Mastery of VDOT's rigorous standards and regulations.
- Materials and Safety Knowledge: Ensure projects adhere to strict quality, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in materials testing equipment and proficient in construction management software.
- Leadership and Management: Unmatched leadership and management prowess.
- Education: A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
- Extensive Construction Experience: A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred.
- Project Oversight: Command complex construction projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with brilliant minds to deliver game-changing projects.
