Job Title: Receptionist
Location (city, state): Manassas, VA (Fully on-site)

Pay: $18-19/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7am-5pm
About Our ClientOur client is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service while performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Provide general information to clients and visitors
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Assist other departments with clerical support when required
- Follow security procedures for guests and maintain visitor logs
- 1-2+ years of front desk experience in a corporate office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
