We are seeking a capable and highly organized Office Manager who wants to play an essential role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to join a stable company where your work matters and your reliability and attention to detail will be valued.

The Role

As Office Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the Manassas office. You will manage phone calls, mail, filing, printing, deliveries, and other various office responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare and print documents and reports as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and service providers
  • Support leadership with administrative needs and special projects
  • Help maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Professional verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dependability and the ability to work independently
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in commercial real estate or property management
  • Basic bookkeeping or A/P and A/R familiarity
  • Experience interacting with tenants, vendors, or contractors
