This is a fast‑paced, challenging, and collaborative environment where you will manage a high volume of invoices, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely payments. - Manage the full‑cycle accounts payable process, including 3‑way match, GL coding, and invoice entry.
- Process 75‑100 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze نمونه data, create reports, and assist with month‑end close.
- Work with the PO system to manage purchase orders and vendor contracts.
- Utilize Deltek CostPoint for accounting and financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
- Contribute to the development of new or revised accounting systems or procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2‑3 years experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in General Ledger (GL) and 3‑way match processes.
- Strong experience with Deltek CostPoint.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with PO systems.
- Ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately and promptly.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nonprofit background experience is a plus but not required.
