What you'll doResponsibilities
- Expand ADP's Health & Benefits Reach. Work independently and with teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Educate and Sell Group Healthcare Solutions. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners, helping them understand the value of offering group health benefits to employees.
- Drive Product Adoption. Act as a key resource in your territory, conducting training and providing ongoing education on ADP's health and benefits solutions to clients and internal partners.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining professional relationships.
- Collaborate Daily. Demonstrate grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards as you partner with clients, internal partners, and your network.
Required Qualifications
- You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- You're a problem solver who can find an answer in times of fast-paced change.
- You're always learning, growing, and questioning how things were done to improve results.
A college degree is great but not required. What matters is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- One to two years of prior work experience in Health Insurance Sales, Employee Benefits, Insurance Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Retail or another relevant industry, OR
- Military experience where skills such as teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through help build team and client relationships and achieve success.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, Wellness, Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $35,900.00 - USD $77,700.00 per year.
Actual compensation will comply with applicable wage requirements.
