We are a high-end custom millwork and cabinet shop seeking highly skilled, detail-oriented professionals to join our team. We are looking to fill multiple shop positions, including but not limited to cabinet makers, bench carpenters, and finishers.
This position is NOT entry level. Applicants must have proven experience in high-end residential and/or commercial millwork and be comfortable working to exacting standards.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:- Custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
- High-end finishes and materials
- Reading and executing detailed shop drawings
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in a high-end millwork environment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to meet quality standards and production schedules
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
