Associate Financial Advisor Role Structure

• 50% Advisor Support - Financial plan preparation, portfolio strategy, meeting preparation, investment research, and case design.
• 25% Business Development - Prospecting support, client meetings, relationship cultivation, and personal production growth.
• 25% Operations & Administrative Support - Client onboarding, paperwork, CRM management, and workflow execution.

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, projections, data analysis, spreadsheet construction required)
• Comfortable with financial planning software and CRM systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow revenue within a team environment
• Professional presence and high personal accountability

• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred
• If not currently licensed, candidate must obtain both within a timeframe determined on a case-by-case basis
• Defined path toward pursuing the CFP® designation with mentorship and professional development support
