Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer who will be responsible for interpreting local SALDO, zoning, floodplain, and stormwater ordinances. The ideal candidate will design site grading, layouts, roadways, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D, develop sanitary sewer and water system profiles and details, prepare cost estimates and technical reports, and assist with stormwater and erosion control design. Additionally, the role involves assembling permit applications for various agencies, supporting construction activities, and producing as-built record plans for regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities- Interpret local SALDO, zoning, floodplain, and stormwater ordinances.
- Design site grading, layouts, roadways, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Develop sanitary sewer and water system profiles and details.
- Prepare cost estimates and technical reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with stormwater and erosion control design.
- Assemble permit applications for local, state, and federal agencies (e.g., NPDES, PennDOT).
- Support construction activities, including inspections, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
- Produce and submit as-built record plans to regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor’soride degree in Civil Engineering.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
