Padula Builders Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Estimator to join our team.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure transparency and accuracy in all estimates
• Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors

• 2+ years of experience in estimating OR 5+ years of high-end residential construction OR degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Strong understanding of residential building systems, material, and labor costs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A desire to grow with the company and help build on our reputation and success
