Advanced Solar Industries provides off-grid power and battery-based solutions for homes and businesses throughout Lancaster County. Since 2007, our team has specialized in solar systems, lighting, installation, service, and repair. What You'll Do as a Bookkeeper- Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books Desktop.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
- Process payroll, including totaling employee time cards.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
- File & remit sales tax.
- Monitor business and auto insurance policies.
- Handle occasional administrative errands, including post office trips.
- Experienced: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required, including at least 2 years using Quick Books Desktop. Payroll experience preferred.
- Organized & Detail-oriented: Maintains accurate financial records, manages multiple responsibilities independently, and stays on top of deadlines.
- Team-minded: Contributes positively to a small, close-knit team environment.
- Computer
Skills:
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email for daily communication and reporting.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days) with potential overtime in the winter months
- $25-$28/hour
