DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is the Group's air, ocean, and road freight specialist. We offer standardized transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.

• Engage with Customers under direct/close supervision for shipment information and incident/complaint management
• Check that correct costs and revenues are captured against customer’s profile and inform about cost/revenue issues
• Perform administrative shipment level activities under direct/close supervision including receipt of customer booking, documentation requirements, and all related local and international transport
• Manage shipments under guidance in line with the customer service commitment
• Identify, gather and inform about exceptions/operational irregularities
• Understand, follow and support to improve shipment data quality
• Follow necessary regulatory compliance procedures relating to commodity and locations for shipments
• Route and/or assign shipments under supervision to relevant consol as guided, ensuring it meets our customers service commitment and maximized our profits
• Prepare invoices, and necessary back-up documentation ensuring customer invoice timeliness and accuracy
• Use available tools to monitor and highlight issues with performance
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• Less than 2 years of experience
