Job Specification- Licensing & Navigation: A valid Bahraini driving license (bike or car) is mandatory, along with familiarity with Bahrain’s routes (e.g., Manama, Riffa, Hidd) and the ability to use navigation apps.
- Communication & Customer Service:
Excellent communication skills are needed to interact with customers, provide updates, and handle queries professionally. - Time Management:
Efficiently organizing routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries, especially for food or express, is critical. - Physical Stamina & Safety:
Ability to handle loading/unloading of packages and familiarity with safety protocols and vehicle maintenance. - Technical Proficiency:
Competence in using smartphones, navigation apps, and sometimes, electronic payment systems.
