Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end user interfaces and the back-end services and APIs for our web applications. Based in Bahrain, this role requires proficiency across the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and robust security for all user-facing and internal systems.

• Back-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable server-side logic, APIs, and microservices.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (such as Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or Mongo
  
  DB), writing highly efficient queries and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end code to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
• Dev Ops & Deployment: Work with Git for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and rapid deployment across development, staging, and production environments (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks across the entire application stack.
• Collaboration: Participate actively in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions within an Agile/Scrum framework.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar end-to-end development role.
• Back-End Expertise: Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using a relevant back-end language/framework.
• Database: Proficient in database design, management, and performance tuning for both relational (SQL) and non-relational (No
  
  SQL) databases.
• Dev Ops Tools:
  
  Experience with version control (
  Git
  ), containerization (Docker), and knowledge of cloud platforms (
  AWS
  , Azure
  , or GCP
  ).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and debug complex applications.
• Communication: Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
