Role DescriptionThis is an on‑site, full‑time Sales Executive position based in Manama
. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling aluminum accessories and related products
, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with contractors, aluminum fabricators, and project clients.
Key responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets
. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the customer base
.
The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell aluminum & wood accessories and related products
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and market segments
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
- Build long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in aluminum & wood accessories, hardware, or building materials is an advantage
- Ability to identify opportunities and generate new leads
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
