This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role entails providing exceptional customer service, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at trade events. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience and assist in training efforts as needed.

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Knowledge or background in industrial products and solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
