, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for an Inside Sales Support to join the team at its commercial branch in Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain:
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to Sales Representatives by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Management: Handle the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, and confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Factory Coordination: Liaise with the manufacturing team to schedule production, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and verify Letters of Credit (LC), shipping, and forwarding documents, ensuring compliance with financial and logistical regulations.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Apply a thorough understanding of supply chain principles, terms, and conditions to support smooth operations and effective communication across departments.
- Sales Record Maintenance: Develop and maintain organized filing systems to record sales data, generate reports, and provide relevant financial information to the finance team.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all sales, logistics, and documentation processes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and support business objectives.
- Knowledge in Inside Sales activities, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in computer applications; hands-on experience with Oracle is required, and Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and logistics regulations.
