Sales Executive

Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for marketing? FY Advertising is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our client portfolio. You won't just be selling "services", you’ll be selling growth, branding, and creative solutions to businesses across Bahrain. If you love meeting new people and closing deals, this is the role for you.

• Lead Generation: Actively scout for new business opportunities and "cold call" or visit potential clients in Bahrain.
• Client Presentations: Meet with business owners and marketing managers to present FY Advertising’s services (Social Media, Branding, Campaigns, etc.).
• Proposal Writing: Work with our creative team to draft winning sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on the Bahraini market and competitors to identify new trends we can offer our clients.

• Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Bahrain Advertising/Media market.
• Network: A local "rolodex" or existing network of business contacts in Bahrain is a huge plus.
• Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a massive advantage for the local market).
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid Bahraini Driver’s License and your own car (essential for client meetings).
• Drive: A "can-do" attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
