Basic Scope of Job:
Promote and cross-sell the company’s range of products and services through outdoor sales for Telecommunication Products Client Sector which includes SIM Card Packages.
Responsibilities:- Promote and cross-sell the company’s range of products and services through outdoor sales and to promote and sell the company’s products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers clearly and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collect and verify customer documentation (e.g., , photos, etc.) for SIM registration in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Having very good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge in Arabic language would be a great advantage.
- Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.
- Good market knowledge and awareness of telecom industry trends.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Technology Savvy, very good in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Sales segment is B2B, B2C, and Indirect
Education:Minimum High School Graduate
Remark:- Bahrain Based – Transferable Visa
- The role required valid Bahraini driving license
- Rotational Shifts
- Valid Bahrain Driving License and Own Vehicle Usage
- Male Gender
- Immediate Joiner is preference
