Responsible for achieving the set objectives through journey plan adherence, MSL distribution, quality merchandising, expanding the customer base and timely collections for Van Sales Distribution Channel.
- Achieve the Distribution Objectives by ensuring the availability and visibility of MSL products.
- Achieve the revenue targets through proper planning, preparation and adherence to the journey plan and compliance to all KPIs
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments. Strict compliance to cash deposit procedures as specified by the company
- Effective and accurate reports on Daily Score Card & Daily Activity Report
- Reduce damage & Expiry through FIFO and timely stock rotation
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the van and the assigned assets
- Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Van Sales Representative in a FMCG company
- Local Manual Driving License
