Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Nurse, located in Manama. The Senior Nurse will lead and supervise nursing staff, assess and develop patient care plans, ensure compliance with medical regulations, and execute nursing responsibilities such as monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and providing support to both patients and their families. Additionally, the Senior Nurse will liaise with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient services and assist in training junior staff members.
Qualifications- Strong technical nursing skills, including patient care, medication administration, and use of medical equipment
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide nursing staff effectively
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patients and plan appropriate care
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Experience with healthcare compliance standards and protocols
- Attention to detail and organizational strengths for maintaining comprehensive patient records
- Current nursing license and qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree
- Previous experience in a senior nursing role or healthcare leadership is a plus
