We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Painter with extensive experience and leadership ability to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and artistic flair, ensuring the highest standards of finish across projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced spray painting and artistic painting techniques with precision.
- Apply strong knowledge of paint materials, tools, and application methods.
- Lead and manage a team of painters, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Oversee preparation, mixing, and application processes to achieve premium results.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional painting experience.
- Expertise in spray painting, artistic painting, and paint materials/techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Currently residing in Bahrain.
