This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Manama. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards. The role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet client requirements. The Construction Project Manager will oversee daily operations, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
- Familiarity with the GCC construction market
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, organization, and risk assessment
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control, ensuring resources are allocated and utilized efficiently
- Proven skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and collaboration with internal and external teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
