The Automation Process Lead owns the strategic automation agenda within Health Operations, driving scalable process transformation, governance control, and measurable value creation through digital enablement and AI integration.

- Cost per transaction optimization
- Compliance & Quality adherence
- Lead end to end automation strategy across Health Operations.
- Drive process optimization, efficiency, and compliance.
- Enhance automation rate, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve KPIs.
- Act as the bridge between Operations, IT, and Digital teams.
- Provide clear feedback on queries from Operation.
- Provide clients an understanding of any declined medical claims.
- Coordinate workflow & meet deadlines.
- Decision Making Responsibility
- Provide Gap analysis and Mapping qualification
- Assist the new juniors for the training and provide the feedback
- Maintain the updated guidelines for the workflow
- Define automation roadmap aligned with business KPIs.
- Identify high impact automation opportunities across Claims & Approvals.
- Establish automation governance and control framework.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DHA, DOH, CBUAE where applicable).
- Lead process re engineering prior to automation deployment.
- Collaborate with IT on Rules Engine & AI based adjudication.
- Oversee UAT, validation, and accuracy monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Bring- 5-8+ years in Health Insurance / TPA Operations.
- Experience with automation tools, RPA, Rules Engines.
- Strong analytical & dash boarding capabilities (Excel / Power BI).
- Coding Certificate
- Fluency in Power BI, Altrex with experience in building Dashboard
- 5 + years Medical Practical Experience (reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus).
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
- Advanced Communication Skills
