About the Role

Culmen International is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to support our client onsite in Bahrain.

Candidates should be located in Bahrain.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

Provide Tier I and Tier II customer support in person, by phone, or through the REMEDY ticketing system, escalating issues as required.

Perform routine and advanced hardware and infrastructure tasks, including workstation setup, cable management, UPS checks, hardware replacement, and basic printer maintenance. Accurately document and track incidents in REMEDY.

Support user onboarding and offboarding by creating accounts, configuring workstations, and mapping drives and printers. Execute basic Active Directory functions and manage NTFS permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues involving Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Java, and PKI systems. Participate in daily operations and special projects as assigned by the Program Manager.

Provide helpdesk services with a strong focus on customer service and mission support. Schedule and troubleshoot video teleconferences, maintain asset inventories, process purchase requests, manage command‑issued mobile devices, and oversee proper disposition of IT equipment.

Coordinate communications requests, submit required forms and change requests, and draft official command messages using the C2

OIX application.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge with basic to advanced hardware and infrastructure work including: cable management at both workstations and in-server rooms, workstation installations, checking UPS systems, replacing hardware components of laptops & desktops, basic printer maintenance.
  • Proficient with submission and tracking of SAAR-N forms, request for change (RFC), REMEDY ticket application.
  • Strong background with port activation, software installs, and reimaging.
  • 10 years of helpdesk services is desired.
  • Active Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Active 8570 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as:
    Security+|CE,CASP desired.
