Site Technician

Join Actio Net as a Site Technician supporting enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands‑on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.

Locations:
Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Bahrain, France, Greece

Security Clearance: Secret (US Citizenship required for eligibility)

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals
• Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points
• Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms
• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
• Utilize Microsoft Power Shell to automate administrative tasks
• Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests
• Active Secret Clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent baseline cybersecurity certification

• Experience with endpoint configuration management platforms (e.g., SCCM/MECM)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra , and Intune
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT‑related field
